Flowers in Decay

My first education was in floristry. Even at a young age, I was fascinated by the beauty of flowers. Flowers often exhibit various stages of beauty, initially when they are in full bloom but also certainly when decay sets in. The beauty of transience runs like a common thread throughout all of my photographic work. This is particularly evident in flowers in a unique way. With a selection of five of these images, I won the “Imaginem Master Silver award” in 2019.
